ICN acquires Roche NSAIDs

ICN Pharmaceuticals has acquired the rights to two NSAIDs in a number of eastern European markets. It had already been manufacturing naproxen acid (Naprosyn) and naproxen sodium (Apranax) and distributing it under licence in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It has now gained all rights to the products in these markets, and also Poland and the Russian Federation.
