The Kilian Synthesis 500 force feed die feeding tablet press is able to process up to 360,000 tablets an hour and can be quickly cleaned, and is available with WIP capability.

Ima suggests using the tablet press in line with its Vima Hercules lifting column designed for handling drums, IBCs, and small machines. The Vima Twinvalve high containment valve system can be used as standard butterfly valve on bins and retrofitted on existing installations.

For blister processing the C80R medium speed blister machine is characterised by superior performance and flexibility, and is capable of processing up to 400-600 blisters/minute, according to the company. It can handle a wide variety of packaging materials and machine cleaning is easy and quick to perform.

Ima Swiftpack exhibited the Swiiftvision II, a unique tablet counter available in a single or twin configuration or in multiples of both, to give speed capabilities from 50 to 200 bottles per minute, dependant on count per bottle.

The Ima Libra Sterifill F2000 filling and stoppering machine for aseptic environments has a continuous motion positive transport system and is suitable for filling liquid solutions into cylindrical vials and for the insertion of rubber stoppers.
