Kemutec Group shows new KEK mills

Published: 20-Aug-2002

Kemutec Group is showing one of its new KEK Air Classifier Mills (ACM) for the first time in the UK. This new range of mills increases the company's range of size reduction equipment. In particular, it will further extend its fine grinding capability, offering operational savings and improved user efficiencies.

The recently introduced range of under-driven KEK cone type size reduction mills will also be shown. Accommodating larger size feedstock and with remote mounting of the drive, the mill is ideal for cleanrooms and/or explosive atmospheres.

Kemutec's Mucon division will be exhibiting its comprehensive range of iris diaphragm, disc type and butterfly flow control valves. Much of Mucon's recent development work has been associated with the requirement for power-operated iris diaphragm valves that are robust, compact and competitive. In addition, Series JS Valves have been specifically designed for controlling the discharge from bulk bags (FIBCs).

Mucon will also be showing examples from its ranges of Promo-Flow vibrating screens, Powderflo aerators and Northern pneumatic vibrator discharge aids which, collectively, solve the problems of rat-holing, bridging and segregation of powders stored in hoppers and silos.
