Kutay to build Moelis European healthcare practice

Investment bank Moelis & Company has appointed Kasim Kutay as its London-based managing director. He will lead the development of the firm's European Healthcare practice and provide advisory services to certain other clients in the EMEA region.

Kutay has spent much of his career providing advice to healthcare companies and spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was most recently chairman of the European Healthcare Group. While at Morgan Stanley, Kutay managed a leading franchise advising healthcare companies corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other debt and equity financings.
