Mastering sieving technology

Farleygreene has introduced a new machine into its Sievmaster range: the Sievmaster 600 - VX. This all stainless steel, polished unit is designed to replace old 20/22 inch diameter sieving machines by providing users with a hygienic, easy to operate, faster throughput machine.

The down-turned fines discharge outlet is set at 740mm high to allow the location of tall drums or bags, and the all-swivel locking castors allow the machine to be moved to any desired location. The slender, stainless steel base provides economy of space when locating product drums.

The unit is available as a single screen unit for general sieving and is supplied with de-blinding ball frame systems as standard. However, for those requiring to grade products, extra screen decks can be retro-fitted without the need for additional clamping components or other modifications.

Alan Hare, md of Farleygreene, said: 'This new unit will provide our customers with an unsurpassed quality sieving machine at a sensible price. It give users faster throughputs and easier cleaning.'
