Extract Technology, part of the Carlisle Life Sciences Group, recently welcomed a representative from its Mexican agent to its Huddersfield site. Gerardo Torres, project manager at Rasch, spent two days touring the plant, increasing his product awareness and learning more about Extract's business procedures.
'By understanding the way we operate, our agents can support us better in their home country by translating this intimate knowledge to their clients and vice versa,' said Extract Technology's cleanline booth group manager Andy Parry. 'Forging closer links with Mexico is vital for our future expansion there.'
Similarly, Torres now feels he can speak with more authority to potential clients and better visualise the opportunities and facilities that Extract is developing.
