Muller's manufacturing IBCs

Muller of Rheinfelden, Germany, has been manufacturing the highest quality stainless steel drums and ancillary equipment since the nineteenth century. At Achema, it will be launching, in co-operation with Ultrapac, of Fleet, UK, a low cost IBC container system. Manufactured from food grade stainless steel - construction in pharma quality materials is also possible - the seven IBCs range from 500l capacity to 2000l.

The cylindrical container with conical base is enclosed in a rugged stainless steel frame that protects it from damage. Up to three units can be stacked on top of one another. For convenience, the entire top section of the IBC can be removed in one piece. This makes cleaning a very simple procedure because of the unhindered access to all internal surfaces.

Product discharge is through the tried and tested 260mm diameter MRF valve that can be integrated with the Muller dust free handling system for powder products if necessary.
