Netzsch removes risk from process scaling
LabStar multi-functional mill can be scaled-up to comparable production machines
The company says the LabStar can be directly scaled up to its larger cousins in the Netzsch bead mill range.
Configurable as a Zeta peg milling system or as a TriNex disc milling system, LabStar replicates all of the possible combinations and applications that are encountered by full-size production mills.
Available in a range of materials, and ATEX certified, the Lichfield, UK-based firm says there is a configuration to match any production situation that needs to be accurately defined at a pilot scale.
