New filters offer a compact solution

Dustcheck has pioneered a new range of reverse jet dust control filters designed specifically for handling heavy dust loads and large air volumes.

The Compact 160 filter range combines Dustcheck's conical filter technology with a filter body that is at least 60% smaller than conventional bag filters. The result is a compact and robust filter.

The secret of the Compact 160's filter design is the conical two-piece cartridge. This element employs a shallow, open pleat format capable of handling high dust loads. The two-piece construction allows for the re-use of the element inner core thereby reducing replacement costs.The Compact 160 is available with both clean side and dirty side removal and is said to provide a flexible solution for difficult installation.

The filters are available in both venting and cased formats. Various ancillary options are also available; these include different bin discharge arrangements, explosion relief, access platforms and weatherproof executions.
