New force brings fresh solutions to global biopharma sector

Domnick Hunter has established a dedicated specialist team to cater for the particular needs of the bioprocessing and pharmaceutical sectors when processing high value and often fragile products.


Domnick Hunter has established a dedicated specialist team to cater for the particular needs of the bioprocessing and pharmaceutical sectors when processing high value and often fragile products.

Working in close partnership with the biopharmaceutical industry, the newly created team has provided filtration solutions to problems faced during biopharmaceutical production. These solutions form the basis of a brand new range of filters, designed specifically for use in the bioprocessing and pharmaceutical industry, which will be available from summer 2006.

In addition to the new product range, domnick hunter provides a range of services to the bioprocessing sector including process optimisation, scale-up and validation. The recently installed state of the art manufacturing facilities at the production site in Birtley, UK, have been inspected and approved by leading international biopharmaceutical companies.

The new pharmaceutical product and service portfolio will be showcased at Achema, providing an opportunity to meet key members of the pharmaceutical team and to find out how domnick hunter provides "more than just a filter".
