Charles Spicer appointed Non-Executive Chairman


PuriCore, a global company focused on safe and effective protection against the spread of infectious pathogens, has announced that Charles Spicer, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Michael Ashton will continue to serve as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.

  

'This is an exciting phase for PuriCore as we embark upon a strategic review of our businesses following the sale of the Endoscopy division. I look forward to continuing to work with Charles and the rest of the Board to advance shareholder value,' said Ashton.
