Novactyl to start herpes trial

US company Novactyl has received FDA approval for its first IND, for its NVTL0001 technology in the treatment of Herpes labialis. The company is also developing other topical and systemic uses for its tehcnology in viral diseases, oncology, acne and neurodegenerative diseases such as ALzheimer's It hopes to submit a second IND later this year.
