Pharmacopeia's flexible data management

Pharmacopeia is releasing version 2.2 of its RS3 Discovery HTS, OMMM and RS3 Discovery for Excel. Comprising an integrated suite of software for managing compounds and screening data, version 2.2 of the RS3 products includes several enhancements, the most significant being Security. This feature allows organisations to lock down data to secure compounds, assays or results, permitting researchers or collaborators to see only what they need to for their particular job function.

RS3 Discovery HTS provides a flexible framework for housing structures and biological data. Version 2.2 of the HTS client incorporates an Admin Client to aid in the analysis of SD files and field mapping. The use of RS3 applications such as OMMM and RS3 Discovery for Excel continues to provide for seamless sharing of information among different groups.

OMMM is a comprehensive plate and data management system, which integrates all screening processes in a single package. The new release tracks source RS3 HTS plate and well information, in addition to retaining assay plate and well information for data posted to the database.
