Biometric and data science CRO Phastar has won a Best of Show Award at the Summit for Clinical Ops Executives (SCOPE) US 2025.
The three day event accomodated more than 300 attendees, who voted on more than 60 product finalists.
From this vote, Phastar's Clinical Intelligence Platform, which leverages data visualisations and analytics to provide sponsors with real-time access to data, was voted the best.
Phastar also notes that the platform hosts "user-friendly tools for deep data understanding", while also offering rapid anomaly resolution.
To enhance the platform's services, Phastar has added the RBQM app, which helps support central monitoring, risk assessment, issue management, targeted site monitoring, KRI tracking and risk reassessment.
It also assists laboratories to remain compliant with regulations, while highlighting potential data-driven improvements that could be made throughout the clinical trial process.
A key feature is the ability to assign risk scores to different clinical sites or activities based on predefined criteria, enabling effective prioritisation of site visits.
Also newly added is the Recruitment Forecasting app, which uses advanced statistical modelling to predict participant progression and treatment administration timelines, accounting for late site openings and real-time data updates.
“We are delighted to have been honored with the SCOPE Best in Show award, recognising our Clinical Intelligence Platform for its ability to maximise the value of data for our clients," noted Graham Clark, CEO at Phastar.
"Our platform ensures that data is accessible, consumable, and actionable in real time, empowering users with intuitive insights. SCOPE provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase how we are leveraging new technologies alongside advanced statistical and data analysis expertise to accelerate drug development. It also served as an invaluable space to connect with other industry innovators who share our vision for the future of clinical research.”
