Pouring device keeps liquids under control
Viscous and syrupy liquids, such as cough medicines, can be poured from the bottle in a smooth and controlled manner using the Jumping Pourer, developed by Israeli company Dania Plastic. Available in a range of sizes to fit all standard neck finishes, the device is fitted inside the bottleneck on the filling line.
The Jumping Pourer consists of a top plate, through which a spring-loaded pouring spout emerges when the closure is removed. Replacing the closure forces the spout back down inside the bottle and creates an airtight seal that prevents oxidation, evaporation or contamination of the contents. The strength of the spring and the flow rate can be tailored to suit individual applications.
