Publicis Health Solutions, a specialist provider of customised, omnichannel healthcare sales, service and clinical teams, and the commercialisation division of Publicis Health, has announced the promotion of Amy Jamison to the role of VP.
Jamison will lead PHrequency, the company’s full-service healthcare contact center. The contact center offers integrated engagement resources for both clinical and patient stakeholders.
“In this new role, Amy will be responsible for all aspects of operations and client services for our award-winning contact center,” said Archie Robinson, Chief Commercial Officer of Publicis Health Solutions.
“She is a driven leader known for implementing and managing successful inside clinical and promotional teams in the commercialization solutions environment.”
Jamison has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. She brings expertise in the areas of inside sales services and clinical solutions across multiple therapeutic areas, hospital and specialty. Her achievements at Publicis Health Solutions include launching and managing more than 30 field, clinical and inside teams for almost a dozen clients.
A recognised expert in programme design, strategy and implementation, Jamison is a sought-after advisor for life sciences clients seeking impactful, streamlined and compliant communication platforms. Among her many distinguished awards, she was recognised by the Healthcare Business Women Association as an HBA Rising Star in 2017.
