Purifiers provide breathing air

Zander's four new breathing air purifiers enable users to purify compressed air to international standards, including the European Pharmacopoeia, EN 12021 and BS 4275. The four new ranges are the BSC, BS, BS-P and AL-ALSD.

The BSC is a compact, portable breathing air purifier to provide breathing air from a compressed air source while moving around a site. Its combination filter and regulator are housed in a tough, impact and chemical-resistant casing.

The BS is designed to purify air to EN 12021 or BS 4275. The units feature a Zander KM or KEN dryer and a purifier tower equipped with activated carbon and catalyst. The range is available with options including gas monitoring equipment and dew point control.

The BS-P range extends the specification of the BS with an additional filter to meet the European Pharmacopoeia standard and is, therefore, suitable for hospital use.

The AL-ALSD range purifies compressed air to EN12021 and BS 4275 and features a colour change monitor. Almost all the units in the range can be electrically or pneumatically controlled.
