Dutch company Micronic, a specialist in traceable sample storage solutions, is now offering a range of black tubes to protect light-sensitive samples from degradation by exposure to light, even over long-term storage periods.
Produced from FDA approved carbon-filled polypropylene, in state-of-the-art class 7 (cleanroom 10,000) automated production facilities, the black tubes are free from additives or leachates. They are also fully validated Rnase- and Dnase-free, and can therefore be used with even the most sensitive biological samples.
A comprehensive selection of non-coded and 2D-coded black tubes is available in a range of standard sizes (0.65ml, 1.4ml and 7.5 ml), and is compatible with all Micronic storage racks, tube capping systems and tube readers.
