Save time in filtration

Combining a syringe, filter and vial in one unit, the Mini-UniPrep Syringeless Filter from Whatman is designed to save time for researchers needing to remove particulate from smaller sample volumes.

Available with a choice of PTFE or polypropylene membranes, plus the option of a new multi-compressor unit, the unit is extremely versatile. Mini-UniPrep consists of two parts: a 0.5ml capacity camber and a plunger that incorporates the membrane in the tip.

When the plunger is pressed, positive pressure forces the sample through the membrane into the reservoir of the plunger, effectively creating a liquid-tight vial. There is no need for a separate dry air purge.
