Scanner reduces costs
The TDX InScan range can detect underfill, overfill, net volume calculation, foreign material, pressure/no pressure, fallen containers and absent components.
A low-power X-ray detection array captures data both vertically and horizontally, enabling the scanners to generate a detailed picture of each container. This should save costs by eliminating false rejects. Four Models are available-the 75, 100, 200 and 300.
Aluminium, steel, glass, plastic and paper containers can all be scanned at inspection rates from 375ft per minute to 520ft. The InScan 200 model is designed to detect foreign bodies, including metal, glass, stone and rubber in any type of package.
