Sigrid Therapeutics has begun collaborations with GetHealthy.store to meet the growing demand for its glucose stabiliser.
Through the partnership, the clinical-stage biotech’s non-pharmaceutical solution — which is designed to positively modulate blood sugar levels — will be launched on GetHealthy’s e-commerce platform.
According to Sigrid, since the trial launch of its Glucose Stabiliser in Florida earlier this year, consumers are already a fan of the product, with many reporting reducing bloating and increased energy levels.
This follows the similar patterns of success in the UK and the Nordics.
Glucose Stabiliser works by utilising SiPore silica, which naturally slows down carbohydrate digestion.
The silica ingredient can be taken orally as a pre-meal supplement, and provides a defence against glucose spikes.
GetHealthy offers the US market a comprehensive e-commerce platform that focuses on the distribution of dietary supplements.
According to the company, clients have reported up to 150% increases in sales year after year after using the platform.
Sana Alajmovic, CEO of Sigrid Therapeutics, stated: “We believe this partnership will enable Glucose Stabiliser to fully realise its potential to make a lasting difference to the lives of anyone looking to actively control their glucose levels.”
“This includes not only already diagnosed Type 2 diabetics and Impaired Glucose Tolerance patients, but also prediabetics and others with weight issues.”
