Small IR sensor fits almost anywhere

Its small size is a striking feature of the Convir IL Series non-contact infrared temperature sensor. At 105mm long and 25mm diameter, it can be easily mounted in constricted areas.

The housing is made of polished stainless steel and sealed to IP65. The temperature range can be adjusted between ;20°C and 500°C to give optimum resolution, and the emissivity can be set from 0.1 to 1.0 to suit different materials. The speed of response is 250msec.

Two models are available initially — the IL101 with a 10:1 field of view, and the IL301 with a 30:1 field of view for small of distant objects.
