Suncombe comes clean
Suncombe, based in Enfield, UK, a manufacturer of CIP and cleaning systems designed for aseptic and hygienic applications, now offers a comprehensive range of mobile and static process vessels.
The vessels can be manufactured to comply with all criteria of the major certification agencies, and are designed to meet the needs of all hygiene critical applications.
Made entirely from stainless steel, the vessels are available in capacities from 30 to 5,000l and can be fitted with a wide range of optional features such as heating/cooling jackets, insulation, base or top-mounted mixing equipment, load cells and illuminated sight glasses. Atmospheric or pressure-proof construction options are offered.
The company is also launching a range of mobile tank cleaning systems in line with the growing use of mobile tanks in the pharmaceutical industry. The benefits of using mobile tanks include less time spent in filling, sealing and labelling, easier transportation, reduced handling, less waste, no need for disposal of empty containers, and lower risk of product contamination. However, they have to undergo a costly cleaning process prior to refilling.
The new Suncombe range was developed following research into the CIP of mobile tanks and features:
