Swagelok acquires Jensen

Swagelok has acquired Jensen Fitting for an undisclosed fee. The deal is to allow Swagelok to expand its supply capabilities for fluid system components to industries including pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical applications. Jensen's sanitary fittings are a good product fit with Swagelok's valves and fitting and similar equipment.
