The Lyotherm system from Biopharma provide freeze drying researchers with differential thermal analysis (DTA) and electrical resistivity capability in one unit.

Lyotherm can determine glass transition and eutectic temperatures in under an hour, allowing freeze-drying cycle parameters to be selected on a rational basis. This should reduce the cycle development time and lead to increased productivity.
