VACANCY: French Speaking Support Administrator
Based at Winchester, UK
The Biopharma Group is seeking a part-time, French-speaking Support Administrator. This is a great opportunity to be part of a newly formed enthusiastic team within an independent biopharmaceutical company.
Our Support Administrator is based in Winchester but responsible for the pre- and post-sales support and administration for the French-based team. This could be anything from sourcing products, helping with quotations, processing incoming orders, raising purchase orders and invoices as required.
The Support Administrator is a vital link between the team, the customer base and the suppliers. The role requires immaculate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and excellent French/English language skills. The role requires fluency in French to mother tongue standard.
Hours: 24 hours per week - Monday to Thursday
Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum pro rata
Main duties
- Assisting with quotes, raising and processing orders and progressing deliveries.
- Sourcing products for the Service Team.
- General administration duties such as filing & proofreading.
- Handling customers enquiries by telephone and email.
- Referring incoming sales leads to the appropriate members of the team.
- Credit control and raising invoices.
Person specification
- Fluent French speaker (mother tongue preferred) with professional working proficiency in English.
- Good customer service skills.
- Proven experience within a fast paced administrative position.
- Commitment to excellence and the ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
- Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills in French and English, coupled with an eye for detail.
- Team player, willing to muck in, to help and support others.
