Velocity 11 moves its European HQ

Velocity11, a leading supplier of automation technology solutions for life science laboratories, has announced relocation of its European headquarters to new, larger purpose-built offices in the UK.


Velocity11, a leading supplier of automation technology solutions for life science laboratories, has announced relocation of its European headquarters to new, larger purpose-built offices in the UK.

European sales now represent a sizeable and growing percentage of Velocity11's global turnover, the company says, and the move reflects several successful product introductions and a dramatic increase in installed systems over the last 18 months. Strong interest has been shown in the automation solutions it provides for screening and plate replication.

'With increasing demand for our Bravo liquid handling system and BioCel family of automation platforms, we are also planning to recruit further staff to enable us to maintain the high level of informed support and service we provide to customers across Europe,' said European sales manager Gerry Alden.
