YSI (UK) takes on Groton dealership

Analytical Technologies, part of YSI (UK), has become the distributor for Groton Biosystems, provider of on-line and laboratory process monitoring systems that complement the range of bioprocess analysers from YSI Life Sciences.


Analytical Technologies, part of YSI (UK), has become the distributor for Groton Biosystems, provider of on-line and laboratory process monitoring systems that complement the range of bioprocess analysers from YSI Life Sciences.

Groton and YSI have also entered into a collaboration agreement to integrate YSI bioprocess analysers with Groton Biosystems ARS and GPA 1000 systems, bringing together YSI's established immobilised enzyme technology with Groton's process analysis. The new product will improve efficiency in sample draw and analysis by eliminating human intervention. It will also provide rapid, accurate analysis of key bioreactor chemistries.
