Two of our manufacturing facilities have been inducted into the World Economic Forum's Global Lighthouse Network: our Pithampur capsules facility in 2023, and our Shirwal packaging materials facility most recently - making ACG the only integrated pharma supplier globally to hold two Lighthouse recognitions.
Capsules
As one of the world’s largest producers of empty hard-shell capsules, and with factories on three continents, we have the scale and reach to guarantee a secure supply of capsules to almost anywhere on the globe. We also have a hard-shell vegetarian or gelatine capsule for almost every possible pharmaceutical application.
Machinery
ACG's engineering division supplies the full range of OSD processing and packaging equipment - from high-shear mixers, fluid beds and granulation trains, through encapsulation, tablet compression and coating, to blister packaging and cartoning machines. With containment capability for HPAPI applications and a growing focus on process technology transfer, ACG Engineering supports manufacturers from R&D through to full commercial scale.
Inspection Technologies
ACG's inspection division provides vision-based solutions for product and packaging integrity - covering tablet and capsule inspection, blister and code inspection, pin hole detection, metal detection and capsule check-weighing. Integrated with ACG's broader manufacturing ecosystem, these systems support compliance, quality assurance and audit readiness across the line.

Packaging Materials
ACG's packaging materials portfolio covers the full spectrum of pharma barrier requirements - from high and ultra-high barrier films to speciality foils including child-resistant, senior-friendly and tropical formats. Manufactured to GMP standards, our materials are designed to work seamlessly with ACG and third-party blister packaging equipment.
