L.B. Bohle will present a range of world-leading solutions for OSD, food and nutraceutical production at PACK EXPO 2025, the premier trade fair for the packaging and processing industries.
PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025.
The company will be exhibiting under the banner of its US subsidiary, L.B. Bohle, LLC.
Booth N-5648 will be located in the Healthcare Packaging Pavilion in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Centre. The stand will feature a selection of its state-of-the-art process platforms, which are renowned for their German engineering and technical sophistication.
Versatile blending solution
One of the machines on display will be the LM 40 mobile laboratory blender, which offers laboratory-scale blending suitable for trials or small-batch production of up to 35 litres under real conditions. Scale-up to large-scale production is straightforward.
The unit provides an excellent level of operator protection and is fully mobile on locking castors. Containers can be moved on a separate trolley and are easily exchangeable, eliminating the need for complex handling systems. It can also feature integrated NIR digital recognition as an optional extra.
Particle sizing excellence
Another highlight will be the BTS 200 sieving machine, which is ideal for breaking lumps and sizing particles. Thanks to its innovative impeller mechanism and sieve design, it offers high wet or dry granulation versatility.
The BTS 200 has a production capacity of up to three metric tons per hour, and all operations are managed via its intuitive 7-inch touchscreen control panel. This includes user management, recipe management and PDF batch printing via the USB interface.
Tablet coating at its best
The stand will also showcase the latest tablet coating technology. The BFC 50 Film Coater Drum offers an optimal combination of spraying, blending and drying. Its drum geometry, helical baffles and advanced airflow management system ensure the best possible results.
These features all but eliminate the risk of tablet twinning and spray-drying in the suspension, improving the coating structure while keeping solid and coating material losses to a minimum.
