Ricerca and LSP agree business development collaboration
Ricerca will expand its presence in Japan, Korea and overall Asian market
Ricerca Biosciences, a US-based preclinical contract research drug development company, has signed a business development agreement with Life Science Partner (LSP), of Tokyo, Japan. Ricerca offers a range of services for environmental analysis and pre-investigational new drug (IND) biopharmaceutical registration.
Under the agreement, LSP will market Ricerca’s services to the companies it represents, helping Ricerca to increase its presence in the Japanese, Korean and overall Asian markets.
‘We believe our collaboration will largely help our customers develop new compounds and products for tomorrow,’ said LSP executive director, Hiroko Suzuki.
‘With our capabilities in radiolabelled synthesis, animal and plant metabolism, environmental fate, mammalian toxicology and microbiology, we truly provide LSP with a significant advantage in their service offerings,’ added Mark Crane, Ricerca’s vice president of business development and marketing.
