Roche employees keen to increase personal development and use their company skills abroad in health-related projects can take advantage of Roche's new secondment policy.
The policy builds on Roche's health improvement activities in the global south and is open to all full-time employees with a minimum of five years service. Employee must be able to also demonstrate consistent high performance. Generally, each secondment can last between three and 18 months, depending on the project.
Franz B. Humer, Roche chairman and ceo, said: "We hope that through this policy, we can demonstrate not only our interest in developing innovative solutions to increase access our people.
