A well-known fine chemical expert is set to join the board of directors at one of India's leading contract manufacturers of fine chemicals.
A well-known fine chemical expert is set to join the board of directors at one of India's leading contract manufacturers of fine chemicals.
Dr Peter Pollak is internationally recognised as a pioneer in the development of the modern fine chemicals industry, bringing over 30 years experience in fine chemicals.
He joins Hikal, a long-term outsourcing partner to companies in areas including pharmaceuticals and the specialty chemicals industry, as additional director of its board.
"Dr. Pollak is a worldwide authority in the field of fine chemicals," said Jai Hiremath, vice chairman and managing director of Hikal. "His global experience and expertise will be immensely beneficial to Hikal in the coming years."
He worked for Lonza in Switzerland and the US for more than thirty years in senior management positions with some outstanding achievements to his credit. Currently working as a consultant for the fine chemicals industry,
