At this year’s virtual ACHEMA Pulse (15–16 June), GEA, the globally active engineering company, will launch a number of world firsts and deliver a program of expert-led events.
Within a framework of 'Transforming Tomorrow' GEA is proud to be a Premium Partner of ACHEMA Pulse, the leading trade fair for the chemical engineering, environmental protection, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors; and, with a wealth of news, innovations and presentations to announce, it very much has its finger on the … pulse!
Preparing for a better tomorrow
In more than 20 inspiring webinars, interactive workshops and informative live presentations, GEA experts will discuss topics such as smart mobility, circular economy and what it takes to accelerate vaccine production. The focus will be on today's innovations and how GEA is helping to change processes to improve and facilitate 'tomorrow'.
From May 31, when the Pulse platform goes live, through June 30, visitors will be able to arrange virtual meetings, participate in live chats and get vital information and input from GEA experts, researchers and developers and, of course, practitioners. More than 40 top speakers providing insights, updates and the latest news will be on hand. Throughout the event, GEA's pharmaceutical and chemical experts will showcase a number of spectacular new products and highlight exciting developments in virtual reality technology that enhance the customer experience. With the company having recently appointed a new CSO for Sustainability, Nadine Sterley, the expert will talk about the company's environmental ambitions, both in terms of internal goals and customer benefits, and why sustainability is key for GEA.
June 15: Pharma Day
In the biopharmaceutical industry, for instance, the need to fast-track the safe and effective production of vaccines is paramount. As such GEA will address issues such as freeze-drying and improving blood plasma fractionation to obtain better yields. At the same time, the operational benefits of the GEA Tablet Coater, the new GEA Pharma Separator lines “aseptic” and “pure”, the ConsiGma 4.0 continuous manufacturing platform and the first single-use GEA Pharma Separator kytero will also be showcased.
