Symetix, the pharmaceutical business unit of Key Technology, has appointed Phillip Wescott as director of sales and business development.

Symetix, the pharmaceutical business unit of Key Technology, has appointed Phillip Wescott as director of sales and business development.

Wescott's responsibilities will include leading strategies that bring Symetix's high volume optical inspection systems, grading systems, and Continuous Softgel Finishing Lines to customers in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.

"As pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product manufacturers, brand owners and contract packers strive to improve the consistency of their product quality, interest in Symetix is skyrocketing," said Craig Miller, senior vice president and general manager of Symetix.
